Technical Architecture Design & Implementation

Systems designed for the load, the money and the audit you will face in three years — and then actually built, not just diagrammed.

Architecture is the set of decisions that are costly to reverse. Everything else is implementation detail. The job is to identify which decisions are genuinely in that category, get those right, and avoid over-designing the rest.

What this looks like

Most of the systems we have designed share a common problem shape: distributed, event-driven, integrating with third parties who do not always behave, and carrying data where being wrong has consequences — money movements, positions, customer records, regulatory submissions.

That work has covered real-time data ingestion and processing platforms, transaction and order processing, workflow and reconciliation engines, custody and wallet infrastructure, API gateways, and the messaging backbones that hold it all together. Reliability, security, low latency and fault tolerance are treated as design inputs rather than later improvements.

Critically, we implement. A design that has never met a compiler is a hypothesis. We build the difficult parts ourselves — the messaging topology, the data model, the failure and recovery paths — so the design is validated before your team scales it out.

What you walk away with

Documented architecture with the trade-offs made explicit, infrastructure defined as code, and a working system your engineers understand because they helped build it.
